An idea I played around with was a longer version of Hiroyuki during school age where more stuff was going on and this girl was more of a helper for him. But I decided to not add in all that stuff so we could reach the end of this story without dragging it on with an entirely new character. This one chapter with Hiroyuki is more than enough to get everything we need to know and wrap things up nicely.
